When should I expect my prints to arrive?
Orders are reviewed and processed in 1 business day, with accepted print products fulfilled independently by our professional lab partner WHCC, who offers FedEx Express (2-4 business days after production). Custom products such as Fine Art Prints, Metal Prints, Acrylic Prints, Gallery Frames and Canvases take 2-4 business days to be produced, while standard archival prints are available to ship in 1-2 business days.
Altogether, we would estimate most orders are delivered to non-rural Canadian addresses in 5-10 business days after order approval.
Can I order prints outside of Canada?
No. Unfortunately, only orders within Canada will be accepted at this time.
Which payment methods are available?
Payments are processed securely, discreetly and independently by our payment partner Stripe, so most popular Canadian payment options are accepted.
